    DISCLIMER: Remote support time is billed in 30 minute blocks, On-site support time is billed in 1 hour blocks. Once the Prepaid contract is consumed, our billing system will auto renew and re-bill to your account. Payment will be due within 7 days of this account being raised, or prior to your next support request.
